- Q: Can we see the test results before ordering?
  A: Yes — for the TODA AS-8 we send a copy of the filtration test documentation for your evaluation and procurement file. N95 carbon masks come with certification from their manufacturer; we request it from the supplier for you, which can take a little time.
- Q: Do the masks protect against toxic gas or chemicals?
  A: No. Our masks protect against airborne particles and reduce non-hazardous odours only. They are not gas masks and are not suitable for toxic gases or hazardous chemical vapours.
- Q: Is there a minimum order?
  A: It depends on the product. The minimum quantity and price are stated in your quotation.
- Q: Can you issue a tax invoice?
  A: Yes — we are VAT-registered and issue tax invoices. Just give us your company details when you order.
