Common questions
Can we see the test results before ordering?
Yes — for the TODA AS-8 we send a copy of the filtration test documentation for your evaluation and procurement file. N95 carbon masks come with certification from their manufacturer; we request it from the supplier for you, which can take a little time.
Do the masks protect against toxic gas or chemicals?
No. Our masks protect against airborne particles and reduce non-hazardous odours only. They are not gas masks and are not suitable for toxic gases or hazardous chemical vapours.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. The minimum quantity and price are stated in your quotation.
Can you issue a tax invoice?
Yes — we are VAT-registered and issue tax invoices. Just give us your company details when you order.
